Confidential Intake
We start with an NDA, private discovery, and a clear definition of the problem, users, workflow, and intended demo.
Physician-led AI software prototyping
White Coat AI Labs helps physicians, surgeons, and medical groups turn AI/software ideas into practical, non-production prototypes through feasibility review, compliance-aware planning, fixed-fee development, and demo handoff.
The clinical insight is yours
Most clinicians can see the workflow problem clearly. The hard part is knowing whether the idea is technically feasible, what compliance issues might matter, and how to create a credible first demo without wasting months or hiring the wrong team. That is where we come in.
How it works
We start with an NDA, private discovery, and a clear definition of the problem, users, workflow, and intended demo.
You receive a practical assessment of technical difficulty, data needs, AI approach, compliance considerations, and prototype scope.
If there is a strong path forward, we build a focused, non-production prototype using synthetic, de-identified, or non-PHI sample data.
You receive a private demo environment, documentation, limitations, walkthrough, and a next-step roadmap for development or fundraising.
What we build
We focus on software prototypes, not hardware, medical devices, or production clinical decision support. The goal is to help you create a credible first version of the idea so you can test, pitch, refine, or hand off the concept intelligently.
Who it is for
White Coat AI Labs works with physicians, surgeons, medical groups, founders, and clinical operators who want to understand whether an AI/software idea is worth building — and then move quickly to a credible prototype.
Responsible scope
Feasibility review, workflow mapping, prototype scoping, AI architecture, non-production software demos, private deployment, and handoff documentation.
We do not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, FDA-cleared software, production clinical decision support, or formal legal/regulatory opinions.
Prototype work uses synthetic, de-identified, or non-PHI sample data unless a separate written agreement and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Request a private review
We accept a limited number of physician and medical group engagements each quarter to keep the work focused and individualized.
Submissions are screened before any discovery call is scheduled. Please do not include PHI or confidential patient details.
